After completing the Clearness retreat on a personal level, I asked Helmar to help with my team at a time of great change and uncertainty in our organization. The change project had created fear in the team and I felt that some people were suffering in silence.

I asked Helmar to join us so that we could change our perspective from what divides us to what unites us as a team. The result has been spectacular. Now we have an internal and external reference to relate to each other, a framework to work together, a view towards the project in common.
